Let me give you an idea of my experience, knowledge & skills


I have over 15 years experience working in Human Resources and Management and I am a chartered member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)

To be a member of the CIPD you have to satisfy the Institute that you have either : 

A CIPD approved qualification :

  • I have two; a post graduate degree in Personnel and Development and an NVQ3 in Management

 or

  • Experience gained in operating at a senior level in HR and people development + over 5 years recent management experience.

I have both the qualifications and the experience and I am currently applying to the Institute to become a "Fellow." I  am also a Membership Assessor for the Institute.

I have worked in both the Public and Private sectors, in union and non-unionised environments, on projects and day-to-day HR Management so I can turn my hand to Tactical (short & medium term) and Strategic (long term) HR. 

I have full Professional Liability Insurance which includes Public Liability and Professional Indemnity upto £1 million.
